Operating principle of NDIR sensor (used in ZSQ)

[/vc_column_text][vc_row_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text]Behind the sampling cell, two expansion chambers are arranged in series. When the gas in chambers is irradiated with IR, the gas expands, resulting in pressure increase. As the front chamber receives more IR than the rear chamber, there rises a pressure difference, generating a gas flow between them. Because the amount of IR absorbed in the cell and the amount of IR which reaches the chambers depends on the target gas concentration, the resulting gas flow between chambers also differs according to the target gas concentration. The mass flow sensor detects this gas flow to determine the target gas concentration.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][vc_column_inner width=”1/2″][vc_column_text ovic_hidden_markup=”” ovic_vc_custom_id=”ovic_vc_custom_5d2ed7bfd6251″ hidden_markup_desktop=”” hidden_markup_laptop=”” hidden_markup_tablet=”” hidden_markup_ipad=”” hidden_markup_mobile=””]CO & O2 Analyzer System ZSQCO & O2 Analyzer System ZSQ[/vc_column_text][/vc_column_inner][/vc_row_inner][/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section title=”Specifications” tab_id=”1466764993185-d733a008-45e2″][vc_column_text]
